  • Let the frozen fruits sit out for about 5 minutes before blending. This helps them to blend easier, and not damage the blender. I strongly recommend this if you're not using a high-speed blender.
  • Add the ingredients to the blender and blend on medium/ high for about 1 minute. You will need to stop and shake it and move it around to achieve the proper thick consistency. Once the smoothie has become smooth, and all the fruit is blended, scoop it into the coconut bowls.
  • Spread it to make a flat base, and add the toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
