Easy Red Velvet Protein Fudge

This Red Velvet Fudge is the ultimate treat. It's perfect for Valentine's day, or just a small batch treat. This recipe is made using all whole foods plant based ingredients, and it's high protein. This fudge recipe is: vegan, oil-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free!

  • Begin by melting the vegan white chocolate in a double boiler on medium heat.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and natural red food coloring and turn to medium-low heat. Mix until smooth and combined.
  • Remove from heat and add the PlantFusion Red Velvet Complete Protein Powder. Mix until smooth. Once the mixture is smooth and creamy add in the liquid coconut butter. If you need to I recommend heating it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to make measuring easier.
  • Add the mixture to a 6" square pan lined with parchment paper, or half of an 8 x 8 prepared pan. Place in the freezer for about an hour, then cut the pieces of fudges and enjoy!
