Protein Brownies Pancakes

This ultimate dessert for breakfast recipe combines two of my loves for a decadent, yet still healthy vegan breakfast. These dreamy protein packed brownie pancakes are filling, nutrient dense, and delicious! This pancake recipe is: vegan, oil-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and high protein!

  • Begin by heating your skillet to 400. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Add plant based milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined. You can adjust the pancakes to be thicker or thinner by adding more or less plant based milk.
  • Pour batter onto the skillet and wait to see bubbles. Then flip and cook until done on both sides. Top with all your favorite pancake and/or brownie toppings and enjoy!
