Preheat your oven to 350. Blend your oats into a flour if you have not already.
Combine almonds, dates, plant milk, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into a nonstick brownie pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes, top with flaky salt, and enjoy!
