Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 beets and beet greens
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 bunch kale

Instructions
 

  • Begin by removing the skin from you pineapple and cutting the bottom and top off the beets. Cut the beet greens off as well.
  • Chop the ingredients into medium pieces and add to the juicer, alternating between kale, beets, ginger, and pineapple. Serve and enjoy!
