Equipment

Ingredients

Matcha Half:

  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Matcha Kari Matcha "TANVEGAN" for 20% off
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • plant based milk of choice to desired consistency I used coconut.

Dragon Fruit Half:

  • 2 cups frozen pink dragon fruit
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • plant based milk of choice to desired consistency I used coconut.

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender combine all matcha ingredients. I like to chop the bananas up into smaller pieces before adding them to the blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer to stay cold while you make the pitaya half. Rinse the blender.
  • Add the bananas first, then pitaya and remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Make the bowls by scooping and placing the pitaya half on one side and then the matcha half on the other side. Use a spoon to flatten the top.
  • Add fresh dragon fruit, kiwis, and shredded coconut on top. Enjoy!
