Instructions
In a high speed blender combine all matcha ingredients. I like to chop the bananas up into smaller pieces before adding them to the blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Scoop into a bowl and place in the freezer to stay cold while you make the pitaya half. Rinse the blender.
Add the bananas first, then pitaya and remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Make the bowls by scooping and placing the pitaya half on one side and then the matcha half on the other side. Use a spoon to flatten the top.
Add fresh dragon fruit, kiwis, and shredded coconut on top. Enjoy!
