Begin by steaming the cauliflower. You want it to be soft, but not mushy.
Combine remaining buffalo cauliflower ingredients together in a gallon sized zip lock bag, or large tubber ware container and shake. Add the steamed cauliflower and shake until evenly coated.
Add to airfryer and fry for about 15-17 minutes.
Making the sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
