Ingredients
  

  • 2 acorn squash cut in half
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 2 cups cauliflower cheese sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400. Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Coat with the coconut aminos and place in the 35 minutes.
  • Prepare the cauliflower cheese sauce according to directions.
  • Once the acorn squash is done, remove from the oven, pour the cheese sauce into the middle and top with thyme. Place in the oven to broil at 425 for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
