Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz bowtie pasta gluten-free or bean-based if desired
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta

  • Boil bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

Season

  • Add cooked pasta to a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic salt, nutritional yeast, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Air Fry

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the pasta in batches for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
