Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups frozen mango for best flavor, freeze your own ripe mango chunks
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup liquid allulose sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín

Instructions

Prepare the mango:

  • If using fresh mango, peel, dice, and freeze until completely solid (about 4–6 hours or overnight). Using pre-frozen mango works too, but fresh frozen has a sweeter, more intense mango flavor.

Blend the base:

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen mango, lime juice, and allulose.

Process until smooth:

  • Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If needed, add a tablespoon of water at a time to help blend.

Serve immediately or freeze:

  • For a soft-serve texture, enjoy right away. For a firmer sorbet, transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping.

Garnish:

  • Sprinkle extra Tajín over the top before serving for a spicy-salty kick.
