The Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Bowl:

  • 2 kiwis fresh
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Begin by adding the kiwis to the blender first. This will allow the frozen ingredients to blend much easier.
  • Add the frozen bananas and strawberries to the blender. Add the coconut yogurt and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. You will need to scrape the edges or use a wand with a high-speed blender.
  • Scoop the smoothie bowl into coconut bowls and top with the fresh toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

It takes time and patience to make the perfect thick smoothie bowl. You will need to scrape the edges down, and mix the smoothie to get it to properly blend. If you're using a cheap blender, you may need to add a splash of liquid to get it blending.
