Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 granny smith apples
  • 2-3 beets and beet greens
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1-2 bunch kale

Prep Ingredients:

  • Wash all the ingredients and remove the peel of the pineapple.

Juice:
