Easy & Refreshing Cantaloupe Juice

This easy & refreshing cantaloupe juice is the perfect thirst-quencher on a hot summer day. Made with juicy, ripe cantaloupe and an optional splash of lime, it’s sweet, hydrating, and bursting with vitamin C to help support your immune system—vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free, and incredibly delicious.

  • 2 cantaloupes medium or large
  • 1 lime optional

Instructions
 

Prep the cantaloupe

  • Cut the cantaloupes in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice the flesh into long chunks that fit easily into the Kuvings AUTO10 Plus hopper. No need to peel if using a spoon to scoop, but remove the rind if slicing.

Juice with the Kuvings AUTO10 Plus

  • Add cantaloupe chunks directly to the hopper. The wide opening and auto-cutting blade will handle the fruit without the need for pushing. Let the machine do the work, and alternate with a few soft pieces if needed to keep the flow smooth.
  • Add lime (optional)
  • Once juicing is complete, stir in the juice of 1 lime for a refreshing citrus boost.

Serve

  • Pour over ice or chill before serving. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
