This Healthy Chocolate Hazelnut Frappe is a luxurious blend of chocolate and hazelnut flavors made with one of my favorite plant-based nourishing ingredients. This drink energizes and delights and is a super easy, healthy way to get your "Frappuccino" fix—vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and made with whole plant-based ingredients.
In a blender, combine the cacao powder, cold brew coffee, Hazelnut SPiN nut milk concentrate, maple crystals, and Tahitian vanilla. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Add Ice:
Add the ice to the blender and blend again until you reach a smooth, slushy consistency.
Once smooth, add in the coconut sweetened cacao nibs and blend again for about 10 seconds.
Garnish the Glass:
Spread a layer of Wilderness Poets Chocolate Hazelnut Butter inside your serving glasses for a rich, indulgent garnish.
Serve:
Pour the chocolate hazelnut cold brew mixture into the prepared glasses.
Top and Garnish:
Top each glass with dairy-free whipped cream, and sprinkle with coconut sweetened cacao nibs for an extra crunch and chocolatey goodness.
