  • Add the peeled peach, honey mango (pits removed), plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla protein powder (if using) to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • In a large bowl or airtight container, combine the oats and chia seeds.
  • Pour the blended mango-peach mixture over the oats and stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and thicken.
  • When ready to serve, stir the oatmeal and divide it into bowls or jars.
