This Healthy Protein Fudge is a rich, decadent treat that’s surprisingly wholesome. Made with vegan dark chocolate, nut butter, and chocolate protein powder, it’s perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacks, or an indulgent yet nourishing treat. This fudge comes together with simple ingredients and sets up into thick squares that satisfy chocolate cravings without the guilt—vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and packed with protein and healthy fats, plus a nut-free option.

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Add the vegan dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk to a saucepan. Warm over low heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the Nut Butter:

  • Remove from heat and mix in the nut butter until fully combined and creamy.

Add Flavor & Protein:

  • Stir in the Ora Organic Chocolate Protein Powder and vanilla extract (if using) until the mixture is thick, glossy, and uniform.

Transfer to a Pan:

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

Freeze to Set:

  • Place the pan in the freezer for 1–2 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.

Slice & Store:

  • Once set, remove from the freezer, slice into squares, and enjoy.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer and thaw for a few minutes before serving.'

Notes

This fudge should be stored in the fridge too maintain it's firmness.
