Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • 3–5 medjool dates pitted
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
  • 32–48 oz filtered water for soaking and blending

Instructions

Soak:

  • In a bowl, combine macadamia nuts and pitted dates. Cover with 32–48 oz of filtered water and let soak for 2–4 hours. This softens the nuts and dates and enhances flavor.

Use Soaking Water:

  • Do not discard the soaking water! It’s infused with natural sweetness and nutrients—perfect for blending into the milk.

Add to AUTO10 Plus:

  • Pour the entire contents—soaked nuts, dates, and soaking water—into your Kuvings AUTO10 Plus juicer. Add sea salt and vanilla.

Juice:

  • Close the lid, power on, and let the AUTO10 Plus do the work—no straining necessary.

Store & Enjoy:

  • Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 4–5 days. Shake well before using.
