Ingredients

  • 2 bags Roots Farm Fresh Tater Tots
  • ½ lb purple grapes
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • cup raspberries
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup green olives
  • 10-15 mini cucumbers
  • 3 cherry tomato vines
  • 20 sprigs fresh rosemary Roughly
  • 1 cup shelled nuts
  • cup ketchup
  • cup hummus
  • ½ cup toum garlic sauce
  • 5 slices vegan cheddar cheese to cut into christmas trees
  • 5 slices vegan gouda cheese to slice into gingerbread men

Instructions

Prepare the board

  • Place a large wooden serving board on a flat surface. Create the outline of a Christmas tree using fresh rosemary sprigs, shaping a wide base and narrowing to a point at the top.

Add the tater tot “tree topper”

  • Cook the Roots Farm Fresh Tater Tots according to package instructions until crisp. Pile them at the very top of the rosemary outline to form the star/treetop.

Layer the ingredients down the tree

  • Working downward, fill each section inside the rosemary outline with different ingredients to form colorful “ornament” layers: Cherry tomato vines, Blackberries, Purple grapes, Green and black olives, Mini cucumbers, Raspberries, Mixed nuts, Cheddar cheese cut into Christmas tree shapes, Gouda cheese sliced into gingerbread men.
  • Arrange everything in small clusters to create a balanced, festive pattern across the board.

Add dips and sauces

  • Place small ramekins of ketchup, hummus, and toum garlic sauce in open pockets throughout the tree to add visual interest and dipping options.

Fill the base of the tree

  • At the bottom, add a final cluster of nuts, berries, or extra veggies to build the “tree trunk” and complete the shape.

Finish and serve

  • Tuck extra rosemary sprigs around open edges for fullness. Serve immediately and enjoy a beautiful holiday board filled with color, texture, and flavor.
