Ingredients
  

For The Cucumber Salad:

  • 8 Persian cucumbers
  • 2 cups sweet peppers
  • 1 box organicgirl romaine

For The Dressing:

  • Begin by slicing the fresh cucumbers into quarter-inch slices, the sweet peppers into half-inch slices, and the romaine lettuce into 1-inch slices.
  • Add the sliced cucumbers, sweet peppers, and romaine to a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the chili oil, sesame ginger dressing, coconut aminos, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Whisk until combined.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables and toss. Serve immediately and enjoy!
