  • Add the rolled oats, sunbutter, coconut yogurt, sweetener, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy—this gives the oats a pudding-like texture.

Stir in the Chocolate Chips:

  • Pour the blended mixture into a bowl or jar.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Make the Sunbutter Magic Shell:

  • In a small bowl, combine the sunbutter and coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 15-second intervals (or gently heat on the stovetop) until melted and smooth.
  • Stir well and let cool slightly (it should still be pourable).

Top and Serve:

  • Once the oats are chilled and set, pour the magic shell mixture over the top.
