  • 1 lemon
  • 1- inch fresh turmeric or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1- inch fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 3 tablespoons Herbal Vineyards Sea Moss Gel
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup to desired sweetness level
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Begin by combining all ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend on high until a smooth combination is formed (about 1 minute).
  • Pour the mixture into an ice mold and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
  • Once frozen, pop the cubes into smoothies, soups, and smoothies, or just enjoy with hot water!
