  • 1 inch piece turmeric
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 orange You can use any citrus of choice - lemon is another great option
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pineapple Make sure it's ripe

Instructions
 

Prep your ingredients:

  • Peel the turmeric and ginger (or leave the skin on if you prefer, but peeling will reduce bitterness).
  • Peel the orange (or lemon).
  • Cut the carrots into smaller pieces to fit the juicer.
  • Cut the pineapple into chunks.

Juicing Process:

  • Start by placing the turmeric and ginger into the juicer, followed by the orange (or lemon), carrots, and pineapple.
  • Alternate between harder ingredients (like carrots) and softer fruits (like pineapple) to ensure the best juice extraction. If you are using the Kuving's AUTO10Plus you can add all the ingredients whole, and at the same time and enjoy hands-free juicing.
