I am so excited to bring you all another vegan buffalo recipe with today's Buffalo Cauliflower Tofu Tacos! This tofu taco recipe is out of this world delicious! The best part? It's super healthy and is air-fryer friendly! These vegan buffalo cauliflower tacos have to be one of my favorite vegan taco recipes that I have created so far. I absolutely love buffalo and tacos. Therefore you can't go wrong when you put them together! If you're a fellow buffalo lover, I got you! I have plenty of vegan buffalo recipes on my blog.

How to make Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos:

Listen up, I am obsessed with simple recipes! These buffalo cauliflower tacos are no exception. I love this recipe, because you can make the cauliflower and tofu in an air-fryer! If you do not have an air-fryer, you can definitely make this in the oven. Honestly I sometimes prefer making this in the oven, depending on how much cauliflower I have.

To make the buffalo cauliflower and tofu for this recipe, just follow the directions for my Air-fryer Buffalo Cauliflower. You will need to add a tad bit more flour (about ½ cup more of each kind), and you're good to go. I recently discovered the life hack: shake and bake. I always thought this was a joke, but then I actually tried it out and I was shook! It's incredible! When you add your ingredients to the bag and shake it, it evenly coats everything perfectly. I know it may sound ridiculous, but I am telling you it will change your life!

How to make tofu taste Incredible:

No matter if you love tofu, or hate tofu, this recipe is guaranteed to be a new favorite! I will be completely transparent and share my bias towards tofu: I am obsessed. I am one of those psychos who can eat plain tofu and actually likes it. However I understand that not everyone is like this, especially non-vegans. The good news is that these buffalo cauliflower tacos are one of the best recipes to make tofu taste good! How do I do it? There's a couple tricks I like to use.

First, make sure that you are pressing the tofu. I strongly encourage you to invest in a tofu press. I used to press my tofu with random heavy objects in my kitchen,. However the quality of my tofu has significantly improved since investing in a tofu press. Pressing the tofu strains out excess water. This allows you to add more flavor to the tofu while also creating a meatier texture.

Second, make sure to add lots of flavor! One reason I love tofu is because it is incredible at absorbing flavors. This is great, because you can use the seasonings/marinades to create a super unique and custom flavor, such as the buffalo flavor featured in these buffalo cauliflower tofu tacos!

How to make Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos Healthy:

There are thousands if not millions of buffalo cauliflower recipes out there. There is also many buffalo cauliflower taco recipes out there. What makes this buffalo cauliflower taco recipe healthy? There is actually a few things.

These buffalo cauliflower tacos are vegan. This should be obvious given the name of my blog, and the fact that buffalo cauliflower is a vegan recipe. However if that was not clear, there you go! This recipe is not only vegan though, it is also whole foods plant based (hence the all natural part of my blog name). This means that I made this recipe without any oils, vegan butter, refined sugars, gluten, etc.

These buffalo tofu tacos are also packed full of superfood ingredients! Yes, you read that right: superfoods in your buffalo cauliflower tacos. What are the superfoods in this buffalo cauliflower taco recipe? It's the sprouts and the purple cabbage! I've been super hooked on sprouts recently, because they are absolutely loaded with nutrients, and they taste great on everything! They're super easy to make homemade too! For more information about making your own sprouts check out Fully Raw!

How to make homemade Vegan buffalo sauce:

No buffalo cauliflower recipe is complete without the buffalo sauce. These buffalo cauliflower tacos feature a buffalo sauce recipe that is out of this world delicious! The best part is it takes minimal ingredients and the flavors can be switched up! How do you switch up the ingredients of this buffalo sauce? In order to customize the buffalo flavor for this recipe just simply use a different hot sauce! I love this, because you can change the flavor to all kinds of things: such as habanero, chipotle, verde, etc.!

Why I love these Buffalo Cauliflower Tofu Tacos:

This buffalo cauliflower taco recipe is one of my favorites for more reasons aside from the fact that it is super healthy and delicious. These tofu tacos are also great for healthy vegan meal prep! My entire life I never thought of tacos as a good meal prep option, because I thought they would get soggy. However after making my Asian Fusion Tofu Tacos, I realized how easy it is to meal prep tacos! You can store them ready to eat, or separate and make them the day of. These buffalo cauliflower tofu tacos are the same way!
