This post marks my first post of 2022! This year brings me so much excitement and motivation. I have so many planned for, and I'm super optimistic about where The All Natural Vegan will be by the end of 2022! To kick off this year I wanted to make a healthy plant based breakfast recipe, because in my opinion breakfast is absolutely the most important meal of the day! I love starting of my days with baked oats recipes like this cinnamon raisin baked oatmeal, because they are essentially cake for breakfast, and I love dessert for breakfast! I have plenty of other baked oats recipes on my blog, here are some of my favorites:
- Chocolate Caramel Baked Oats
- Lemon Poppy Seed Bakeds Oats
- Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oats
- Red Velvet Baked Oats
Best Vegan protein for Baked Oats:
The most important ingredient to creating the perfect baked oats is my PlantFusion vegan protein powder . It should come as no surprise to those of you who have been around for awhile that PlantFusion would make an appearance for this Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oats recipe. I am truly obsessed with everything they make. Over the past almost 4 years of being vegan, I have tried a lot of vegan protein powder and it is by far the best I have ever tasted.
I have tried their entire selection of plant based protein powders, and the PlantFusion Protein + Fiber has to be one of my favorites. It is especially good for making baked oats recipes like these Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oats. This product is one of my favorites for multiple reasons: it's the most affordable of their products, it contains 15 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, it tastes delicious (duhh), and it's free of all the bad stuff - it's sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, certified Non-GMO and Kosher! As always you can use my code "NATURALVEGAN" for 25% off your entire order at PlantFusion.
How to speed up making Baked Oats:
As much as I adore making baked oats, they are a bit time consuming. I am the type of person who wakes up ready to eat and needs a quick breakfast. How do I solve this problem? I air fry them! It actually works so well, and cuts the cooking time in half. To be completely honest the Cinnamon raisin baked oats seen in these photos were cooked in my Ninja Foodi and not my oven!
Why make these Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oats:
First, and most obvious: these cinnamon raisin baked oats taste just like an oatmeal raisin cookie! Like I said in the beginning, dessert for breakfast is what I am all about. Therefore when I find ways to make a recipe that not only tastes like dessert, but is also loaded with healthy ingredients, I'm obsessed! This oatmeal raisin baked oats recipe is exactly that: nutritious and delicious!
