I am so excited to bring you all today's chocolate banana baked oats recipe! When it comes to chocolate, is enough ever enough? These chocolate chip banana baked oats are the ultimate rich sweet combo. I know you guys have been loving my baked oats recipes, so do not fear there are still plenty more to come in the future! Honestly I am hooked on making baked oats. I am not mad about this though, because I have so many ideas of different variations to make.

How to make flavorful baked oats like these chocolate chip banana baked oats:

I've said it before, and I will say it again: I am a dessert for breakfast type of girl! There is something about a sweet breakfast that savory just can not compete with in my mind. I love developing sweet breakfasts, because it allows me to mix up my daily routine. This chocolate banana baked oats recipe was the perfect breakfast treat!

I am truly obsessed with baked oats. This is probably because I used to be super into baking cakes, and baked oats remind me of cake. I also love how there is truly endless ways to make them. Do you guys like more rich baked oats, or more light and fruity? I think I am a rich kind of girl (give me all the chocolate), but now that it's 85+ degrees outside everyday here I am thinking of doing more fun fruity flavors. Either way the vegan baked oats recipe will be super simple, and delicious! I have plenty of healthy vegan baked oatmeal recipes on my blog!

My favorite baked oats recipes:

  • Chocolate Caramel Baked Oats
  • Red Velvet Baked Oats
  • Lemon Poppy Seed Baked Oats
  • Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oats

If you are still looking for a high protein oatmeal recipe, but aren't a fan of baked oats, I have overnight and classic oatmeal recipes on my blog as well.

My favorite overnight oats recipes:

  • Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats
  • Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
  • Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Best Plant based protein for baked oats:

I know I am biased, but I honestly have yet to try a baked oats recipe that is better than mine. Let me explain. I love oats, but hate soggy oats, and I find that a lot of baked oats look pretty on the outside, but once you break into them they are like hotel oats (yuck!). Honestly I think that this is due to this product: PlantFusion Protein + Fiber. I use it in (almost) every single one of my baked oats recipes. It creates the perfect cake like texture and adds the perfect amount of sweetness and subtle vanilla flavor. This plant based protein is perfect for recipes like this chocolate banana baked oats recipe, because it is not overwhelming like a lot of protein powders are, it simply complements the flavors.

This protein powder has added fiber. I love using this powder specifically for my baked oats because I think helps to bind to the oats and make them moist and fluffy. This protein also add the perfect flavor that is not overpowering like a lot of other plant based protein powders. Therefore it is like cake for breakfast!

I know I am going on and on about this product, but that is because I truly believe it is necessary when making baked oats. I genuinely love PlantFusion, like I use it everyday (everything from smoothies, overnight oats, desserts, you name it! It's also extremely affordable too! You can get 25% off your purchase by clicking here, and using the code: "NATURALVEGAN". This is the best discount code out there, so if you are thinking about purchasing PlantFusion products I would encourage you to use it. They also have a wide variety of powders, supplements, and vitamins so be sure to look around while you're there!
