It's a new month, and October calls for more baked oatmeal recipes! If you've been around for awhile, then you know baked oats are my ISH! I was definitely late to the baked oats game. They made me skeptical at first, because I thought that they would just taste like soggy oats. However, to my surprise baked oats are essentially freshly baked cake, so naturally I make red velvet baked oats. I was instantly hooked! Over the past year I've made plenty of baked oats recipes, here are some of my favorites:

  • Chocolate Caramel Baked Oats
  • Lemon Poppy Seed Baked Oats
  • Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oats
  • Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oats

Best plant based protein for baked oats:

What do all of these baked oats recipes have in common? They all use my favorite plant based protein powder: PlantFusion. I talk about PlantFusion all the time here at Theallnaturalvegan.com, because I simply can't get enough of it! It's so easy to add my PlantFusion to everything from oats to smoothies. I used to always have the struggle of being so hungry in the mornings, because my breakfast never filled me up. Ever since I started adding PlantFusion to my breakfasts I stopped having this problem, it was amazing!

Not only does PlantFusion keep me full for hours, but it is DELICIOUS. It seriously elevates the flavor of whatever I make by so much. I love using it for my baked oats recipes, because it makes them taste just like cake. I used the red velvet Complete Protein for these Red Velvet Baked Oats, and it made the perfect dessert for breakfast. This protein is seriously next level. Not only is it perfect for healthy vegan baked oatmeal, but it also makes great healthy desserts! My Vegan Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies are honestly one of my favorite dessert recipes, and they're protein packed! As always, my code "NATURALVEGAN" gets you 25% off your entire purchase at PlantFusion.com

Why make these Red Velvet Baked oats:

Aside from being protein packed and delicious, these protein oats are nutrient dense. It's important for me that my breakfast is not only filling, but also full of nutrients. After all breakfast is the most important meal of the day! These Red Velvet oats are a little different, because they contain superfoods! I will literally find any way to sneak in a little extra nutrients to my meals. This baked oatmeal recipe has Beet Powder from Rawnice to add natural color and nutrients!

Plant based frosting for this Red Velvet oatmeal recipe:

This recipe would not be complete without the special cream cheese frosting. This recipe features my Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting recipe, and boy is it delicious! I love making this combination of Red Velvet Baked oats and cashew cream cheese frosting, because it is healthy and free of any unhealthy, or artificial ingredients.

Ingredients for these Red Velvet Baked Oats:

  • Oat flour
  • PlantFusion Red Velvet Complete Protein
  • Vanilla extract
  • Rawnice Beet Powder
  • Plant Based Milk of choice
  • Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting
