This liver detox smoothie is a refreshing combination of fibrous fruits and an herbal blend of organic greens and roots that support a healthy liver and digestive health. It's a delicious way to enjoy potent antioxidants and essential vitamins in a quick, nourishing drink and is designed to complement your daily routine.

Similar to my Liver Cleansing Detox Juice, this is one of my go-to, nourishing smoothies when I want to give my body a little help and start the day feeling lighter and refreshed. It's a simple liver detox smoothie that tastes tropical and bright, and it's an easy way to support liver function with whole ingredients and antioxidant-rich superfoods. The "magic potion" in this smoothie is the Liver Vitality Greens from Anima Mundi. It's a dense green powder containing Moringa, spirulina, and milk thistle, amongst other key botanicals that support the digestive tract and overall health.   • Prepare the Glass: Add about 1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt to the bottom of your serving glass and gently swirl it around to create a layered effect.
  • Blend the Smoothie: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen mango, banana, thick coconut yogurt, pineapple juice, and Anima Mundi Liver Vitality powder. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble: Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass and sprinkle a small pinch of the Liver Vitality powder on top for garnish.

Here are a few tips to help you get the best results from this healthy green smoothie.
