I am back again with another oatmeal recipe. It's no secret that I love my oats. Honestly, I have oatmeal in some form basically everyday. I just don't think you can go wrong with oats? Bake them, delicious, let them sit overnight, delicious, even blending them up and using them as flour, delicious! I have plenty of oatmeal recipes on my blog, so if you're a fellow oatmeal lover looking for a quick, easy, healthy, and delicious breakfast recipe, check out some of these recipes:

Best Vegan Collagen:

These banana cream pie overnight oats aren't just any overnight oats, they are beauty boosting oats! These oats contain one of my favorite ingredients: PlantFusion Collagen Builder. I am obsessed with everything PlantFusion makes, but this product is definitely one of my staples. Collagen is all the rage right now, but most collagen products on the shelves are made from marine animals, which is a big no-no here at theallnaturalvegan.com. When I first tried PlantFusion Collagen builder, I was amazed at both the flavor and what it did for me! Instead of just feeding my body dead animal collagen like other collagen products, this vegan collagen builder: builds, protects, and hydrates existing collagen. Not only is this product great for collagen support, but it is also a plant based protein! As always my code "NATURALVEGAN" gets you 25% off your entire purchase at PlantFusion.com

Is this Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats Recipe healthy?

There are millions of overnight oats recipes online. My problem with many of these overnight oats recipes is they market it as healthy, but when you take a closer look at the ingredients it's pretty obvious that healthy is not very accurate. Although, I think the problem lays with the word healthy rather than the bloggers, because healthy could really mean anything that isn't deep fried Oreos lol.

However I have expressed what it means for a recipe to be healthy. My all natural recipes are healthy because they are first and foremost vegan. These recipes are not just vegan, but whole foods plant based. This means they are free of all refined sugars, and are always naturally sweetened. They are also mostly oil-free and gluten-free. I say mostly, because I do occasionally use cold pressed oils, and whole wheat (both of which have been proven to be health promoting).

Can I make these overnight oats warm?

I feel like overnight oats are a summer thing. For me personally, I love warm breakfasts in the winter, because I am always cold, so anything to warm me up, I'm a fan. Recipes like these banana cream pie overnight oats are perfect for all seasons, because they can be warmed up, or served chilled. In order to make them warm, you can make them pretty much the exact same way, just add a bit more liquid and you're good to go!
