Ingredients for this Kale Caesar Salad Recipe:
- Kale
- Chickpeas
- Onion powder

- Garlic powder
Vegan Kale Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 15.4oz can chickpeas
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp stone ground mustard
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp pine nut butter
- 1-2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Begin by washing your kale (PLEASE). Strain and rinse the chickpeas and coat with onion powder. Place in the air fryer (or oven) for 10-15 minutes.
- Make the dressing by simply combining all ingredients together.
- Massage the kale with the dressing. Once the chickpeas are done, add to the salad. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
