How to make creamy oil-free vegan caesar dressing:
Like I said in the last paragraph, there are plenty of vegan caesar salad recipes out there. However many of these recipes are loaded with highly processed oils and other unhealthy ingredients. This vegan kale caesar salad is different than others online, because it uses whole foods plant based ingredients. What are those ingredients exactly? The main ingredient in this recipe is pine nut butter. I have recently discovered pine nut butter from Wilderness Poets. Wilderness Poets is an Oregon based company that creates small batch and organic nuts, seeds, nut butters, and superfood mixes. I love buying my bulk goods from them and supporting their business. If you're interested in purchasing products from Wilderness Poets, my code "VEGAN10" for $10 off your purchase (aka a free jar of nut butter!)
