There is the viral Hailey Bieber Strawberry Glaze Smoothie and the Superfood Blue Magic Smoothie. All are packed with nutrient-dense superfoods, but the flavors are so different. So, I had to try a Katy Perry-inspired smoothie, which didn't disappoint.
This beautiful smoothie is vibrant, energizing, and brimming with nutrients thanks to ingredients like Anima Mundi Euphoria Powder and Goji berries. - Garther & Blend: Blend all the ingredients except those for making the pitaya glaze until smooth and creamy.
- Make The Pitaya Glaze: Blend the pink dragon fruit with maple syrup until smooth.
- Serve & Garnish: Add the coconut yogurt to the bottom of a tall glass. Top with a layer of pitaya glaze. Pour the Katy Perry smoothie blend over the layers and enjoy this feel-good drink immediately.

Homemade Katy Perry Erewhon Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoon Anima Mundi Euphoria Powder "NATURALVEGAN" for 15% off
- 2 tablespoons vanilla collagen
- 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
- 4 oz De Soi Spritz can be substituted with sparkling water or grapefruit juice
- ¼ cup carrot juice
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons coconut yogurt can substitute coconut cream or coconut whip
Instructions
- Blend together frozen pineapple chunks, goji berries, orange juice, Anima Mundi Euphoria Powder, vanilla collagen, lucuma powder, De Soi Spritz, carrot juice, almond milk, and coconut yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- In a small blender combine the pitaya and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
