This sleep aid drink is the perfect drink for better sleep and it's incredibly easy to make.
- Pure Tart Cherry Juice - You can find pure tart cherry juice at your local grocery store. Make sure that it is not from concentrate and made with tart cherries, and that it is not mixed with other fruit juices. There is good evidence that tart cherry juice can lead to deep sleep and better quality sleep thanks to the naturally occurring tryptophan and melatonin. Tryptophan helps the body produce the sleep hormone melatonin which helps the body transition to sleep.
- Anima Mundi DREAM Elixir - This is the key ingredient for a good night's sleep. If you struggle to dream while you sleep this elixir is a magic potion to help encourage vivid dreams. - Maple Syrup - I love using maple syrup as a natural sweetener because it has such a deep flavor and it's full of vitamins.

How To Make This Sleep Mocktail:
This sleepy-time mocktail is the perfect easy mocktail to make before bed because it is super easy to make and uses minimal equipment.
1. Begin by combining all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker or tall glass and mix until smooth.
2. Dip the rim of the glass in a natural sugar substitute and fill the glass with ice. Pour the mocktail over the ice and serve!
Hint: Add a couple of ice cubes to the cocktail shaker to ensure the mocktail is chilled
Sleepy Girl Mocktail Substitutions:
There are plenty of easy substitutions that can be made to the original recipe that will allow you to still enjoy healthy sleep.
- Water - You can use regular water instead of a fizzy drink. I personally don't love carbonated water so I will often use filtered water or coconut water for added electrolytes.
- Sweetener - Any liquid natural sweetener will work such as date syrup, agave, or homemade simple syrup if you don't mind the extra sugar.
Sleep Mocktail Variations:
Although I love the original recipe of this sleep mocktail and recommend you try it out as-is, there are a couple of fun variations I like to make from time to time.
- Soda - Add a prebiotic soda like Poppi or Olipop soda for added flavor and gut health benefits.
- Extra Relaxing - Add a scoop of magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate for added relaxing benefits. Since I have so many sleep issues, magnesium gets me a little wired and does not give me good sleep. However, this is uncommon, so you should be okay.
- Lemon Lime - Add lemon juice and/or lime juice for a cherry limeade mocktail!
- Chamomile Tea - You can use iced chamomile tea instead of water for added stress reduction and better sleep.

What You Will Need To Make This Tart Cherry Sleepy Time Mocktail:
This tart cherry mocktail is the perfect addition to your bedtime routine because it doesn't require any crazy equipment and takes less than 5 minutes to put together.
- Tall Glasses - You will need some sort of tall glass for this mocktail. presentation is key, so I always recommend using fancy glasses.
- Cocktail Shaker - This is completely option, but I find that it mixes the ingredients together best.

How To Store This Sleep Mocktail:
I would not recommend storing this mocktail because the carbonation will become flat. Luckily it only takes 5 minutes to make.
Top Tip:
Garnish the mocktail with fresh tart cherries or a rosemary sprig to instantly elevate the look.
