Strawberry Margarita Mocktail Ingredients:
I love making this virgin strawberry margarita recipe because it's made with clean and simple ingredients you can pick up at your local grocery store.
- Frozen Strawberries - The base of this margarita mocktail recipe is frozen strawberries. They are the perfect addition because they help to thicken the margarita and add strawberry flavor and nutrients.
- Agave Nectar - Any liquid natural sweetener will work. I like to use agave nectar because it adds traditional margarita flavor.
- Lime Juice - No margarita is complete without lime juice. I recommend using fresh lime juice freshly squeezed from limes rather than premade juice because it doesn't have anything unnecessary added and it has the perfect natural flavor.
- Sol-Ti ENERGY+ SuperShot - The best addition to this delicious strawberry margarita mocktail is the Sol-Ti ENERGY+ SuperShot. I love their SuperShots, because they are packed full of nutrients and they taste amazing. I love the ENERGY+ because it has a delicious strawberry flavor and it contains natural caffeine and L-Theanine for energy support. I love making non-alcoholic drinks with an energy boost because you get that liquid courage without any alcohol! If you want to order your Sol-Ti SuperShots in bulk (it's cheaper this way with my code!), You can use my code: "NATURALVEGAN" for 15% off!
- Ice - You will need ice to get this tasty drink perfectly frozen.

How To Make This Strawberry Margarita Mocktail:
This strawberry margarita mocktail is a summertime favorite because it's so quick and easy to make and it's guaranteed to be a hit!
- Combine all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Use a fresh lime wedge to salt the rim of the glass of two margarita glasses. Pour the strawberry mocktail into the glasses and top with fresh strawberries and lime slices. Serve and enjoy!
Hint: I like to freeze fresh strawberries rather than buy frozen strawberries. In my opinion, the strawberry flavor is much better.
Substitutions:
There are a couple of easy substations that can be made to this recipe if needed. Here are some common ones.
- Sweetener - You can substitute maple syrup, simple syrup, and date syrup for the agave nectar if needed. They all work as a 1:1 substitute.
- Fresh Fruit - If you don't have frozen strawberries on hand you can use fresh strawberries and a little extra ice and it'll work just fine. It may have a slightly thinner consistency, but it will work.
Strawberry Margarita Mocktail Variations To Try:
There are a handful of ways to enjoy this virgin strawberry margarita recipe. It's the perfect drink to spice up.
- Citrus - You can replace the fresh lime juice with fresh orange juice or fresh lemon juice for extra flavor.
- On The Rocks - You can replace the frozen strawberries with fresh strawberries and use half the amount to make a strawberry margarita mocktail that is on the rocks. Simply muddle the fresh strawberries in the margarita glasses and pour the strawberry mixture without the ice into the glass over the muddled strawberries. Add a handful of ice cubes and serve!
- Sugar-Free - If you want to enjoy this delicious mocktail with zero sweeteners you can. To do this, add whatever sugar-free sweetener you want and ¼ cup water before blending.
What You Will Need To Make Virgin Strawberry Margaritas:
The best part about these strawberry mocktails is that they are super easy to make and you probably have everything you need to make them in your kitchen.
- Blender - Any blender will work. I recommend using a high-speed or immersion blender to achieve the perfect smooth slushy texture.
- Margarita Glasses - You can serve these healthy mocktails in any glass, however, margarita glasses work best.
As always you can find all my go-to equipment on my Amazon storefront or my affiliate page.
How To Store These Healthy Strawberry Margarita Mocktails:
These strawberry margaritas do not store well. I would not recommend storing them. If you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge overnight max.
You could also pour the strawberry mixture into ice cube molds and freeze it for future use.
Top Tip:
If you don't love the taste of flaky salt on the rim of your glass, you can replace it with monk fruit or powdered strawberries for a sweet touch.
Frequently Asked Questions:
It's very easy to get these two frozen drinks mixed up. They look very similar, however, they are different. Traditionally they are made with different liquors and strawberry daiquiris do not contain the citrus element found in strawberry margaritas. This is why I recommend using agave nectar to sweeten this mocktail. It helps to give the drink that classic margarita taste.
