Opting for wheat noodles can contribute to better digestion and may help regulate blood sugar levels. You can find a variety of ramen noodles at your local Asian grocery store.
- Green Onions - Adds freshness and a pop of color to the dish as a garnish. Green onions are great because they are low in calories and high in antioxidants, vitamins (including vitamin K and vitamin C), and minerals.
