This fresh green grape juice is the ultimate refreshing cold-pressed juice. Bursting with sweet and sour flavors this juice blend is the perfect fresh juice to enjoy all summer long. Not only is this juice delicious, but it's also very nutritious. It's packed full of vitamin C and vitamin K and contains a variety of other health benefits.
In my opinion, juicing is one of the easiest ways to improve your overall health. Adding juices to your diet regularly is the perfect way to quickly and easily incorporate more plant-based diversity into your diet. I always recommend starting out with a fruit-based juice such as my cold-pressed tropical fruit punch juice or my cold-pressed golden mango juice when you are just getting into juicing because they are sweet and delicious.

Sour Green Grape Juice:
This green grape juice recipe is great because it's made with 3 simple ingredients that you can pick up at your local grocery store.
- Fresh Green Grapes - Fresh grapes are the perfect way to add sweetness and volume to homemade juices. Make sure to use seedless grapes. Fresh green grapes are packed with antioxidants like polyphenols and flavonoids, which help combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation. They also provide essential vitamins (such as vitamin K and vitamin C) and minerals, contributing to overall health and immune function. Lastly, they contain resveratrol, a compound linked to heart health by supporting healthy blood vessels and reducing cholesterol levels.
- Organic Limes - Limes help give this juice recipe the perfect sour kick. I strongly recommend using organic limes because you will be juicing the entire lime. Despite their acidic taste, limes have an alkalizing effect on the body, helping to balance pH levels and promote overall well-being. Lime juice can also aid digestion by promoting the production of digestive enzymes, potentially easing indigestion and bloating. Lastly, the antioxidants in limes contribute to skin health by combating free radicals and supporting the production of collagen, promoting a healthy and vibrant complexion.
- Granny Smith Apples - Granny Smith apples add a refreshing and tangy flavor to juices, enhancing taste without the need for added sugars. These apples provide essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants, supporting the immune system and overall health. With a low-calorie count, Granny Smith apples make a nutritious and satisfying addition to juicing without contributing excessive calories.

How To Make This Homemade Grape Juice:
This green grape juice is the perfect summer drink. It is super easy to make because it requires zero prep and it has the perfect sweet flavor.
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Although this juice requires no prep, I do recommend Washing the fruits thoroughly.
- Juicing Process:
- Using a juicer, process the fresh green grapes, limes, and Granny Smith apples, alternating between ingredients.
- Strain (Optional):
- If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any excess pulp. This juice does not contain a lot of pulp, so this is not necessary.
- Serve:
- Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Hint: A general rule when it comes to juicing is to try to focus on picking the best possible product for the best results.
Substitutions:
There are a handful of substitutions that can be made to this fresh grape juice if needed. Here are some of the common ones.
- Grapes - Any variety of grapes will work for this juice. If you want purple juice you can use Concord grapes and red grapes, or for sweeter juice, you can use a variety such as cotton candy grapes. There are many grape varieties that can work for this recipe, at the end of the day I recommend using your favorite variety.
- Lemon Juice - You can use lemon juice, or any other citrus juice in place of the lime juice.
- Apples - Just like how you can use any type of grape, you can use any type of apple. Just keep in mind that the type of apple you use can affect the color. Therefore if you want a proper green juice I recommend sticking to green apples.
If you have any questions about a particular substitution not listed, leave a comment, and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible!
Green Grape Juice Variations:
There are a handful and fun and delicious variations that can be made to this fresh grape juice. Here are some of my favorite ways to mix this recipe up.
- Greens - A great way to quickly increase the nutritional density of any juice is to add greens to it. I love adding fresh herbs for the perfect flavorful and nutritious upgrade to this healthy juice.
- Cucumbers - If you are making this green grape juice with weight loss in mind, I recommend adding cucumbers to it. This will add volume with very few calories and no added sugar. This won't dramatically change the flavor. However, I do recommend using English cucumbers over regular cucumbers because they have a less bitter flavor.
- Spicy - In my opinion this juice has a similar flavor to a margarita (non-alcoholic of course). Therefore a great way to spice things up (literally) is to add ¼ of a jalapeno to this juice. This gives it the perfect delicious kick!

What You Need To Make This Cold Pressed Green Juice Recipe:
The cold-pressed juicer that you use to make this green grape juice can affect the way it turns out significantly.
I use the Kuving's REVO830 Cold Pressed Slow Juicer and I recommend it to everyone. It has truly changed juicing at home for me. I rarely ever used to make homemade juices at home and now I incorporate them into my weekly routine. It's easy to use and easy to clean, and the quality of the fresh-pressed juice is unmatched. It is on the pricier side, however, it is totally worth the investment in my opinion. After all your health is one of the most important things you can invest in!
Why I Recommend The Kuving's REVO830:
Easy To Use:
First and foremost this juicer makes juicing at home extremely easy. The REVO830 juicer has an extra-large 3.5-inch feed chute that can fit whole fruits like apples, oranges, pears, etc. It also fits large chunks of fruits like pineapple, mango, and cucumber. This saves a ton of time on prep, reduces food waste, and ensures you are getting the most out of your ingredients.
It also has a 1.75 auto-cut chute that is designed to allow long root vegetables like carrots and celery and leafy greens like raw collard greens, beet tops, and raw kale to be inserted without any preparation. It effortlessly cuts through tough stems and firm vegetables ensuring you're getting all the nutrients from your long vegetables and leafy greens.
Easy To Clean:
The second reason I love this juicer is that it is so easy to clean. Juicers can be a real pain in the butt to clean. This is honestly the biggest reason I never was consistent about juicing before, If you're like me and dishes are your least favorite chore cleaning a juicer can be extremely tedious.
However, the REVO830 includes special brushes one of which attaches right to the strainer and brushes it clean in seconds. If you hate doing dishes like me, this is a game changer. I can clean the entire juicer in about 5 minutes.
Quality:
Last, but certainly not least is the quality of the juice. The REVO830 is a cold-pressed slow juicer. This means the ingredients are never heated, and all the nutrients are preserved. This is great for making nut milks, cold-pressed juices, sorbets, and smoothies with all the attachments included! No matter what you are juicing the REVO830 works hard to ensure the pulp is as dry as possible and you are getting the most out of your fruit juice. The juices keep super well when stored correctly in an airtight container in the fridge with all the nutrients and flavor preserved.
If you're interested in investing in a Kuving's Juicer, you can always use my code: "NATURALVEGAN" for 10% off (AKA $70 off the REVO830) at Kuvings.com.
As always you can find all my go-to equipment on my Amazon storefront or my affiliate page.
How To Store Homemade Grape Juice:
Storing this homemade grape juice is extremely easy. All you need is an airtight container like a mason jar. Kuving's recommends storing your juices for up to 72 hours. However, I have found that they do just fine if stored for a couple of extra days. I would not recommend freezing the juice in glass containers. If you plan to freeze this recipe make sure that you are freezing it in plastic containers.
Top Tip:
You may need to adjust the number of grapes based on the sweetness of the grapes. It is all up to personal preference. I recommend starting with the recipe recommendations and then adding more if needed. If you don't need more, just snack on the grapes. After all, they are the perfect snack!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Peeling the limes is optional. Leaving the peel on can add extra nutrients, but it may also make the juice slightly bitter. Experiment to find your preferred taste. I personally love the taste of juicing the limes with the peel on.
Yes, this juice, with its hydrating and nutrient-rich ingredients, can be a refreshing part of a detox or cleanse. However, it's important to include a variety of nutrient-dense foods for a well-rounded cleanse.
Absolutely! This juice can serve as a delightful base for various cocktails or mocktails. Experiment with adding sparkling water, herbs, or other fruit juices for a creative twist.
