This Pineapple Fennel Green Juice is the perfect summer juice. It's naturally hydrating, packed full of numerous health benefits, and it's absolutely delicious! This is the perfect green juice to try if you're just starting to get into juicing at home!
I'm a huge advocate for juicing-it's one of the easiest ways to pack in a variety of nutrient-dense ingredients that you might not normally eat on their own.
This fennel recipe is a perfect example. While fennel isn't something I reach for every day, it's incredibly nutritious and adds a fresh, slightly sweet flavor to juices. Similar to my Turmeric Ginger Glow Juice, this recipe transforms simple ingredients into a vibrant, wellness-boosting drink. If you're looking for an easy way to incorporate more fennel into your routine, this fennel juice recipe is a great place to start.

Pineapple Fennel Green Juice Ingredients:
This fennel juice recipe requires simple organic produce that you can find at your local grocery store.
- Fresh Fennel (Bulb + Fronds): Fresh fennel is the star of this juice recipe. It has a crisp, slightly sweet flavor and is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and potassium. The fennel bulb supports digestion, reduces bloating, and contains compounds like anethole, which have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Don't skip the fronds - they enhance the juice's flavor and add extra nutrients. - Cucumber: English cucumbers are ideal for juicing because they're mild, hydrating, and less bitter than standard slicing cucumbers. They're over 95% water, making them excellent for detoxification, flushing out toxins, and hydrating the skin. Plus, cucumbers add a refreshing lightness to the juice that balances the stronger flavor of fennel.
- Pineapple: Pineapple juice brings a sweet tropical flavor while also offering natural enzymes like bromelain, which can help reduce inflammation and improve digestion. It's loaded with vitamin C, which supports immune function and skin health. It also helps thicken the juice and pairs surprisingly well with fennel.
- Granny Smith Apples: Apples add a natural sweetness and volume to the juice. Granny Smith apples, in particular, are lower in sugar and high in pectin, a type of soluble fiber that supports gut health and helps balance blood sugar. Apple juice is also rich in polyphenols, which act as antioxidants
- Tajin (optional) - I like to add Tajin to the rim of this juice. It really makes the colors pop, and it tastes amazing!

How To Make:
Thanks to Kuving's REVO830, making this fennel juice recipe is incredibly simple! I have been using this juicer for over a year, and it makes juicing at home so much easier! More about this juicer in the equipment section.
1. Begin by slicing the cucumber into 2-inch chunks. Cut the skin off the pineapple and cut it into small chunks. Slice the bottom off the fennel bulb and separate the stalks. You will be able to add the apples whole with the REVO830.
2. Begin adding ingredients to the juicer, alternating between ingredients.
3. Season the rim of your glasses (if opting to), fill them with ice, and pour the fresh-pressed juice into the cups. Serve and enjoy!
Hint: Don't stress about getting every piece of skin off the pineapple. It's better to have more of the flesh than to try to remove all the skin. The REVO830 can handle the extra skin.
Substitutions:
There are a handful of easy and healthy substitutions you can make to this juice recipe if needed.
- Celery Juice - You can replace the cucumbers with celery if needed/desired. If you have leftovers, make sure to make my Gut Healthy Papaya Juice!
- Pears - You can replace the apples with pears or green grapes if needed.
- Salt - Instead of Tajin, you can use salt on the rim of your glasses!
Juice Variations:
Fresh juices are amazing because you can really create whatever you want whenever you want.
- Super Green Juice - Add some leafy greens like kale and spinach - similar to my Super Green Juice recipe for added vitamin K and other essential nutrients.
- Spicy - Add ¼ of a jalapeno for a delicious kick of spice.
- Super Sweet - If you like your juices on the sweeter side, I recommend doubling either the pineapple or the apples in this recipe.
Equipment:
You'll need basic kitchen tools like a knife, cutting board, and serving glasses, but the most important piece of equipment for this recipe is a high-quality juicer.
I personally use the Kuvings REVO830, and I can't recommend it enough-it has completely changed the way I juice at home. It's incredibly easy to use, quick to clean, and produces amazing-quality juice.
One of the biggest advantages is the extra-large 3.5-inch feed chute, which allows you to add whole fruits like apples, pears, and clementines without chopping. It also features a 1.75-inch auto-cut chute, perfect for longer ingredients like carrots and celery, saving time and reducing prep.
Another reason I love this juicer is how easy it is to clean. It comes with specially designed brushes that attach directly to the strainer, making cleanup fast and simple-I can wash everything in about 5 minutes.
Lastly, the REVO830 is a cold-pressed slow juicer, meaning it preserves nutrients by avoiding heat. This results in fresher, higher-quality juice and also allows you to make nut milks, sorbets, and smoothies using the included attachments.

Storage:
Another reason I love my REVO830 is that it extends the shelf life of cold-pressed juices. Kuvings recommends keeping juices for up to 72 hours. To be completely honest, I have kept juices longer than that, and they still taste fantastic!
Top Tip:
Make sure to pick organic and ripe pineapple and fresh vegetables. The quality of the produce has a big impact on how the recipe turns out.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Fennel brings a fresh, slightly sweet, herbal note that balances the pineapple's tropical sweetness. Nutritionally, both the bulb and fronds are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and potassium. Fennel supports digestion, can help reduce bloating, and contains anethole, a compound with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Use both the bulb and fronds for maximum flavor and nutrients.
When I first found out the REVO830 can juice whole apples, this was one of my first questions. The good news is, you won't get cyanide poisoning. You would have to eat over 200 seeds to get it. Besides, the REVO830 does a fantastic job at ejecting soft seeds (don't put hard seeds into the juicer!).
You'll need a juicer, and the recipe highlights a cold-press model (Kuvings REVO830) because it's easy to use and clean, fits whole apples with a 3.5-inch feed chute, auto-cuts long produce, and preserves nutrients as a slow, cold-pressed juicer. While the REVO830 is recommended for convenience and juice quality, the recipe can be made with your preferred juicer.
Because it's cold-pressed, Kuvings recommends storing the juice for up to 72 hours. Keep it refrigerated. The author notes they've kept juices longer with good flavor, but 72 hours is the guideline.
Easy swaps include celery for cucumber, pears or green grapes for apples, and salt for a Tajin rim. For variations, add leafy greens (kale, spinach) for a "super green" boost, ¼ jalapeño for spice, or double the pineapple or apples for a sweeter profile.
